Hi All,
Can one of you colombiano residents be so kind as to tell me information about travelling within colombia as to price? preferred method? How to go about it?
Travelling from bogota to cali?
Cali to medellin?
Medellin to cartagena?
How much by bus/air?
Heard travelling by bus gets harrassment by the cops frequently.
Your thoughts are much appreciated

All are doable by bus. The buses are comfortable, and the main roads between those places are now safe. You could also fly, but it's expensive.

If you mean that the military stops buses and searches people, I don't consider that harassment. It's for your safety. It's because of operations such as those that it is now safe to travel by bus between those places! |
