CfBT, who subs for the Ministry of Higher Education, has become too lazy to do its own recruiting and is now using TeachAnywhere. Hawthorn also subs for MOHE and is using Majali as recruiter.
CECNE, who subs for the Ministry of Manpower, is using Education in Oman. And there is now a new sub for the Ministry of Manpower, TATI. And guess what? It's using Network Overseas as recruiter.
It's bad enought that the ministries are too lazy to recruit, but the subs? These recruiters take a cut of your salary. Refuse to go through them. If the ministries themselves won't hire you, at least go straight to the subs and tell them you don't need no stinking recruiter and you want a higher salary. |
