is it possible to show up with three years experience and a cirtificate and find work in morocco fairly quickly?

As long as you don't care about quality, yes. Most of the better institutions (ALCs, British Council) do their hiring overseas in the spring, but things happen, hirees bail, etc. and opportunities with good schools do open up.
