It is. Without more details, I can't tell you if it's reasonable though. Hours? Utilities?
I was getting 8K base for 18 hours with housing, internet, utilities...........6 years ago. |

| You will be able to live comfortably on 7000RMB, however if you are doing 25 hours of classes a week then 7000RMB is low for Shanghai. |
