I'm travelling to Spain soon and although I do have a British passport, my friend doesn't. I am setting up a company probably in Gibralta for other business purposes and I"m wondering whether my Australian friend can be subcontracted to a business there by the offshore company, rather than be employed in their system. I've used this technique before, but not in the teaching profession and was wondering if there is away around the work permit restrictions. So many areas its just a matter of creative paper work.

Anyone have any ideas on that???
