Just a warning for those applying to this school. I had a bad experience during the application/interviewing process. Specifically, during the interview the person interviewing me got me all excited about the prospect of working there, talking about how the kindergarten is different than eikawas and so much better, etc, etc, etc. Then, at the very end of the hour long interview, the interviewer slipped in that I would have to work at an eikawa 1-3 times per week in addition to my work at the kindergarten, not as overtime. When I emailed the owner/interviewer to ask her about this, I never received a reply. I emailed her again asking her to please let me know if she had stopped considering me, and she continued stonewalling me. So, just a warning out there for anyone thinking of applying there-it's not all it's cracked up to be! Make sure you ask lots of questions if you interview for this position! You need to know what you're getting into!
When in doubt, try as hard as you can to get into Japanese universities, not Japanese privately owned schools or kindergartens.
Good luck!
Hope this helps!
