Does Citibank still have a branch in Sapporo? If not does anyone know of an AEON Credit ATM location there? They seem to be the only ones amiable to overseas ATM cards. |

I've been gone since 2001. Will they take anything with a PLUS sign? I'm with HSBC.

You now have the choice of: 7-11 ATMs (yes, they have the Cirrus or Plus logo, can't remember which), Shinsei Bank ATMs (often found in non-JR train stations, and next to Starbucks) and Post Office ATMs- all will take foreign cards.
The times they are a-changin'. |
