Has anyone either run the Jakarta marathon before or heard anything about it? The only info I can find is that it's in November this year, and while I assume there will be a website for registration (perhaps too much to hope?), I have no further information about either the course or the specific date.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. |

An exhaustive internet search (including Indonesian language sites) has revealed that the Jakarta marathon will be in November (as you stated) and er... that it will take place in Jakarta.
Nobody I have spoken to has heard of this event, and there's a fair chance that any publicity will be very last minute. I'd keep an eye on the Jakarta Post and www.expat.or.id for any news.... |
