I notice that many people have posted bad things about English First but is it ALL the English Firsts? Has not ONE person had a good experience???
I was wondering if anyone has worked for the one in Shenyang, Lioaning? I have been offered a job there so I would like any feedback before I say yes or no.
Thanks for your time!!

Get the email addresses of at least 3 teachers who are working/have worked there. EF facilities are mostly pretty low, but there just happen to be a few good ones. Depends on the management. Find out about the DOS. Fair? Available? Truthful? Consistent? (That, by the bye, is the bigest single complaint about bosses by US workers acording to a survey.) Supportive? Or.....biased, dishonest, duplicitous.
If they won't provide you with references, I'd tent to shy away. |

I've always found that a poor reputation is well earned. Even with good management, the admin has to follow the franchisee's agreement re. the way the school delivers its curriculum. If the formula doesn't work, the managers can't do much with it. |
