Has anyone lived in either of these places. How did you find housing?

Hi
I haven't lived in either of these places but I was in the area, Madinat Zayed, for 2 years.
There is a severe shortage of housing in both of these places however, the M.o.E is building new accommodation for Ministry teachers which should free up some housing. The problem is when will it be completed.
Most of the teachers I knew in that area lived in either the Mirfa or Jebel Danah hotels and if your employer is not footing the bill it can be a really expensive way to live.
Sorry it's not encouraging.
Good luck
