I am thinking about working at this school. Does anyone know anything about the school/city? |

I have taught/ lived in Hondoworld for the last 5 years.
I have visited Puerto Cortes a couple times, mostly because it is a close coastal town to San Pedro Sula.
You can get to SPS in about an hour by bus.
It is a VERY small town with some decent beaches.
There does seem to be a problem, slight, with the water quality as it is a receiving port for their gas/petrol and I noticed the water wasnt a crystal clear blue.
From what I saw/ heard the pay wasnt real high, roughly $300/month.
I have no experience with the school(s) there.
I know thats not a ton of info, but its all I have. GL |
