Does anyone know if the laws permit a woman sponsoring her husband and family?  |

Your question is not clear! What do you mean by family?
A foreign woman working in the magic kingdon can sponsor her husband and children. In this case, the husband is considered as a 'companion' to his wife. The wife cannot sponsor the family of her husband. |

| As long as you are legally wed and the children are not adopted, a woman can sponsor her immediate family. |

| Thanks. Sorry for being unclear. I will be coming with my husband and our children - legally wed and children not adopted - so sounds like it will be ok. Will confirm with the employer. |
