Hi all
I'm thinking of making the move from Sevilla to Madrid this academic year, and wanted to know what the housing situation is like over there. Is there a 'peak'time to look for rooms or are they available throughout the year? A bit of background - it is impossible here to find a room beyond september, and impossible to rent your rooms out during July and August.
Thanks |

Now's a great time to look in Madrid: after mid-September all the rooms get rented out by Erasmus students. It's never that hard to find a room here though, unlike certain cities like Paris, but at this time of year you can find a better room for less cash.
