|
|
I am teaching in China on a Z-visa, and my wife and daughter are still in the USA. She wants to come here to teach, and her invitation letter is on the way. The complication is, she holds a Mexican passport and is in the US illegally. The Chinese Embassy in New York requires that non-US passport holders present a valid green card to apply there.
Does anyone know of a visa agency in the US with "connections" so she could potentially bypass this requirement? |

Unfortunately, even with the invitation, she would not even be able to get the visa in the usa right now unless she had H1B, F B or other legitimate visa stamp in her passport.
The consulate will tell her that she needs to go to mexico to get her visa. There is no visa company in the usa that will be able to process the visa for her.
I used to be a nike courier for a visa service that also had connections with the chinese consulate in the usa. |

All that the 'visa companies' do is act as a proxy for you in delivering your paperwork to the consulate. They have absolutely nothing to gain by trying to circumventing the law. They are couriers.
Those who seem to have connections merely have good information. |
