Has any of you taught there? How do they do things? I know that they don't have a normal classroom, but how do you plan the lesson and implement it?

I hope you can help me please!!!

thanks.

Huh. I went to a Montessori preschool, and from what I remember it was lots of kids working independently on small activities like lentil pouring and sorting, and block building. There was a morning class meeting all together with some singing and what have you. I have no idea how Montessori works in higher levels of education, but I would guess things are pretty hands-on and authentic task-based. Have they given you any info other than they're montessori? Do let us know what you find out, you've got me curious!

I don't know anything about Montessori schools in Mexico or anywhere else, except that they have a very unique way of teaching children. If you've been offered a job at one in Mexico, why not ask them if they give you training before throwing you into a classroom?

Well actually I don't work there yet. It's just I'm going to an interview at one of their schools. I think I just want to prepare myself for this interview and IF/WHEN I get the job. It will be teaching elementary students so it shouldn't be hard. I want to know what kinds of activities to teach them english I can put for them.
