Can anyone give me info on the current situation please..... Can multi entry L Visas be obtained in resident countries, i'm a UK passport holder currently in the UK.
Additionally.... Has anyone ever entered China with 2 Passports? An invalid/expired passport with a valid Visa and a Valid passport for yourself? I guess this paints a picture of my current predicament.
Any info would be great!!
Thanks |

You will not be allowed to enter the PRC on an invalid passport, even if the visa is still valid.
For you to be granted entry into the PRC, your passport must be valid for a period of time six months later than the expiry date of the visa. How you obtained a visa that was valid beyond the term of your passport is something that escapes me.
And no, there are no multiple-entry L visas at present. You may, just may, be able to arrange for a double-entry visa L visa allowing you 30-days per stay, but until after the games are over, even that will be problematic.
Have you read the other threads on this Board regarding this issue? |
