Hi all,
When does the academic year start? And is it normal for a lecturer who will be working in Oman this academic year not to receive their ticket and visa yet?  |

| I was hired direct by the MOHE for Salalah University (Collage of Applied Science) I think. |

You should be getting your e-tickets soon. When you arrive you will come in on a two month visa which should have been set up for you. There should be an employee from MoHE meeting you at immigration in Muscat and help you through the process. The full visa will take a while, especially as it is nearly Ramadan.
