Do any of you working in foreign language mills in China have their chinese AOMs in Head Offices (somewhere in China)?

academic operations manager
some also have ROM too...regional operations manager
MOD EDIT they manage academic affairs of all centers in the country as well as the DoSs in centers....DoS is the director of studies in a center
