Hi, Ive been working at two private Korean academies and my contract is finishing so Im updating my resume. My contract was strictly with my main school which I teach at 3 days a week, and I guess Im kind of resourced out to the other 2 days a week. (yes, immigration office is aware and its legit!)

So my question is, would it look better on my resume to say I was fulltime at one institute, or say that Ive been splitting between the two. And if thats what I should do, whats the best way to word it? I can get references from both schools, no problem.

Thanks!

I know that it would be simpler if there were only one FT reference for your next employer to chase up, but if you say you were FT when you were only PT that could be contradicted (even if only briefly and in passing) and start to raise questions - why "complicate" matters when both schools seem happy with you? And looking on the bright side, two potentially glowing references would impress more than just one. Having to work several PT jobs nowadays is nothing unusual (some people specifically request it, so that they are more free to study or whatever), and why should it reflect badly upon you if an employer doesn't quite have the spaces to fill in their timetables with which to employ you FT.
