				Only eye test and blood test, as far as I remember.

				As I recall, I had an x-ray too.  The blood test was for HIV.  The only eye test I ever had was for my driving license.

				| Some employers give you a form on which you indicate if you have had various diseases in the past. That form frequently includes hepatitis, but I have never heard of anyone having actual  tests for blood sugar or thyroid conditions. |

				| The government test for the residence permit was blood only - taken via a conveyor-belt system along with hundreds of labourers from the sub-Continent.  They are only checking for infectious diseases like HIV.  They are not particularly interested in whether you have a pulse or not. |
