I realize that it's getting toward the fallow part of the year as far as teaching work is concerned, but I'm wondering what the odds are of picking up any work in Trujillo if I were to turn up by the end of this month. Language schools? Unis? Private classes? Any suggestions on where to advertise to attract the latter? At this point, I wouldn't realistically expect to come up with a full set of classes, but it would be nice to have some kind of income to tide me over during the slow months.
Also, if anyone has any suggestions of relatively cheap places to stay long term, either in Trujillo or Huanchaco, I'd be grateful.
Thanks very much. |

Language schools will have stuff year round.Schools, probably not, same with unis.
Private classes, off course. Try the localpaper, livinginperu.com and expatperu.com and the expatlistserv. Word of mouth and posters help too.
For other info, PM luna chica and keepwalking |
