Does anyone teach ESL in a US public school? I currently have Elementary certification (but am not currently teaching), and have just started working on my Masters in TESOL, with ESL certification. I am a little unsure whether this is the best direction to go, and would love some advice!

If you're teaching in a public school, I'd love to hear how satisfied you are with what you're doing, how difficult it was to find a job, how well you're paid, etc. Thank you!

call or email the nearest school district hq around you about permenant positions as well as subbing
individual schools will refer you to the school district to start your job application going
