Personally I would only buy a used car from a fellow expat teacher. Other than that it is totally buyer beware land...

look in arab times
also there are free newspapers which are devoted to classified - in both arabic and english - ask a baquallah for an AL WASEET
also they're all lined up and wheel locked on the 4th ring road in front of the plant souqs - people park cars for sale around strategic points in kuwait but the police have been cracking down
know the basic fair selling prices and what damage to look for - fair advice for buying cars worldwide , and of course bargain
ps - pm me if you want a toyota sedan corolla or camry i can't remember - it was 'lady driven' and meticulously maintained ;)b |
