Well, I know the majority of you do not believe in 'genies' (or Jins), but in the Magic Kingdom they exist and can harm or possess you! Laughing

A family in Saudi Arabia is taking a "genie" to court, accusing it of theft and harassment, reports say. They accuse the spirit of threatening them, throwing stones and stealing mobile phones, Al Watan newspaper said.
The family have lived in the same house near the city of Medina for 15 years but say they only recently became aware of the spirit. They have now moved out.
A local court is investigating. In Islamic theology, genies are spirits that can harass or possess humans.

Dear 007,
In Hollywood theology, they're called "Poltergeists."

Good luck to the court in getting the defendant(s) to appear.

Regards,
John

Dear Pikgitina,
Was her name Jeannie, by any chance? And was her hair blonde or light brown?
Regards,
John

Think so. It was Blondie blonde.

"Suicide blonde, was the colour of her hair, Like a cheap distraction, for a new affair..."

No really, John, it was really light blonde. Confused

Poor Heather O'Rourke, the little blonde girl in the Poltergeist movies. She died mysteriously shortly after her last one, still a young girl. Maybe she performed in one too many ghost flicks....in which she was being pulled into "the other side" by evil spirits.

It is a religious requirement of the faithful that they should believe in the Djinn and in Angels. A stumbling block for some who see this and other incidentals of the faith as survivals of superstition.

Despite all my reservations I still see the Islamic faith as an improvement on many others. But poltergeists......................?

"Indeed We created man from dried clay of black smooth mud. And We created the Jinn before that from the smokeless flame of fire" - [Quran, Surah Al-Hijr 15:26-27]

There are good Jinns and bed ones as well.
Ibliss (the big Shaitan or Satan) is a Jinn, but GOD fired him from Paradise!).

Matthew 8:16: "When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils..." (New testament).

Uncle Scott, if you are possessed by a a bad Jinn or an English Demon, I can cure you through exorcism! Laughing

Well, they can mislead and confuse people, especially during dreams. Laughing
They are involved with black magic and astral projection.
