I have been talking to a training center called Web regarding working there. Went to one of their centers and they look modern and nice. No real difference than some other training centers I have peeked into.

Hours and pay seem standard so far. About 8k a month for 25 teaching hours a week and stay in the office when not teaching. Although the director said I was "free" to do what I like when not teaching.

They offered money for housing and airfare. And residence permit.

So my question is, can those who have actually worked at a Web give me insight as to whether you feel it is a decent place to work.

Reasons why I might like it or hate it.

I spoke to a teacher working there but the director was with me so I couldn't ask the teacher many real questions as their was no privacy.

Plan to make a decision soon and of course they told me they need teachers right away.

The daves search function worked marginally.

I am considering to work in Jiangsu area. They have numerous locations in that area.

I think it depends on the center. I have worked for the Web in Guangzhou and I think it is a wonderful school. However, different schools have different directors/managers so I am sure some are terrible. Talk to the current teachers there, outside of the center. I think that is the most effective way to screen a school.
