Does anybody have any experience of selling ELT materals to major publishers (OUP, Cambridge, Longman)? I have seen some of the books of activities for use by teachers and reckon I could easily produce activities of a similar calibre. Is some (five years) teaching experience and writing ability enough to get into that game - or do you need to have qualifications (an MA, for example) to be taken seriously?

I had my first book, The Creative Classroom, published last year by Lynx Publishing.

I have submitted book proposals to Oxford and Cambridge, but I think it's very difficult to get accepted by them.
