Hello there,

We're hoping to find a fellow teacher to sublet a room from us short-term in our awesome house in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. I know this isn't the typical post on Dave's ESL, but SaigonESL.com won't let me register to post on their housing forum.

We have an awesome room in a house we love available for short-term sublet, from October 18 to December (end date is flexible). The room is in an amazing 3-bedroom house in northern District 1. The room includes its own bathroom with bathtub (rare in Vietnam), a balcony, and a large flat screen TV. It is furnished with king-sized bed, wardrobe, and a desk. The house is fully furnished, with flat screen TVs in every room, couches, dining furniture, all kitchen supplies. The house has a large dining room, kitchen, and plenty of space for motorbike parking on the first floor. Additionally, there is a beautiful living room with huge flatscreen, sound system, DVD player, and karaoke machine on second floor. There is also a rooftop terrace with great city views in every direction, furnished with lawn chairs. Tons of natural light; lively Vietnamese neighborhood with lots of cheap food. Comes with two washing machines and A/C in every room.

The cost is $325/month plus utilities. If you are a couple, this can be shared.

You will share with three young, friendly, American English teachers. We�re looking an extremely easygoing person to live and hang out with. Short-term sublet only--move in October 18 til December (flexible move-out date).
