I have an interview for a position with the CfBT program as an advisory teacher in Abu Dhabi. I am presuming that one of the questions will be about the challenges of living and working in AD and would appreciate the reflections of those working and living in AD in perhaps a similar role/program.
In addition I am expecting there to be a question about promoting change in this context. What are some specific strategies that have worked for others in team building and promoting cooperation? I have read with keen interest the points made on other threads about the resistance to change and people feeling threatened about losing jobs but would appreciate any other thoughts from others in similar roles.
Look forward to comments.
