Hi all!
I've been teaching independently in a small town in Jalisco for a year now. I've basically got a classroom, I teach 5 classes of 15 or so 4 days a week, and the students pay me directly. It's been going well, and since I started kids classes, the demand has been greater than I can supply, time and space-wise. So I'm thinking of expanding, hiring another teacher or two, and making myself a proper school. My question is, how does one legally do this? I'd like to be able to offer help getting FM3s and all, so I'd like to be straight with Migra, Hacienda and the like. Resource-wise, I have my Mexican boyfriend who's in on the project, and his brother, who has a masters in teaching English. Anybody have experience with this? Thanks for any tips you can throw my way!
