Hi guys,
Im planning to head over to VIetnam http://www.discovereltvietnam.com/ and I can't seem to find a wage that they offer to teachers. I'll probably want to study a CELTA/DELTA and by that time, Ill have 2 years teaching in a foreign country, can anyone give me reviews for this org???

I think that the school you are referring to is ILA, and they pay around $1,500 to $1,800 a month in gross pay, depending on experience. They also offer some bonuses when you first start out and when you complete a contract. ILA has its detractors but is a very well known and well-resourced school.
You will need a CELTA before you can be considered for a position there, no matter how much experience you have.
If anyone else has any specific questions they can PM me, I worked as a teacher there for about 2 years.
