Business Visa
Passport, must have at least 6 months validity beyond the stay
1 Visa Application Form fully completed and signed
1 Passport Type Photograph

Photocopy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card)
A business letter of responsibility is required to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Embassy of Romania, Visa Section, Washington D.C.

The letter must state all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed
Business reference in Romania to be visited
Company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant, and their return transportation to the USA


The ROMANIA tourist or business visa is usually issued for a single entry for a period of 3 months from date of issue, provided the passport remains valid, for a period of stay in Romania not to exceed 60 days.
Multiple entry visa can be issued on request, consular fee $70
Citizens of the following countries are required to present an original official invitation issued through the Department of Immigration and Passports in Bucharest in order to obtain a visa: Armenia, Albania, Afganistan, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Angola, Bangladesh, Belarus, Benin, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cambodia, Cape Verde Rep., Central African Rep., P.R. China, Chad, Comoros, Congo Rep.
