Does anyone have any information on this school?

I read a thread where Minski said they tricked teachers into signing away their legal rights...has anyone ever worked at this school?

They may interview me in January....but if they are not to be trusted I will pass on the interview...please let me know if you have any info..thanks!! [size=12]

Don't know if that was me, was it.
International Schools Review . com have a review on Fawzia Sultan

''Director Tania W and Principal Loa M just never made connections to staff in a remotely positive manner in general. While they claimed an "open door" policy, most staff avoided it as much as possible. Teachers were harrassed, asked to sign documents in Arabic that said leaving staff had been paid all owed to them BEFORE they had been paid yet were told that they were only signing that they had received the government-mandated indemnity. This was explained after this was revealed as a lie as just "streamlining the process." The fact is that once one's Civil ID is cancelled, which this "streamlining" was to do, the person has then FORFEITED ALL legal rights under Kuwaiti law. ''

This is an excerpt. go to the international schools review for an in depth reading.
Quite personally, I wouldn't touch this group with a bargepole.

i've known teachers at FS school and tutored a student from there over the years
dunno about how admin treats staff
i will say the overall standard of teachers seemed to have taken a nose dive over the years - parents or the govt forks out over 6,ooo kd a year for the kids to attend and back in the day all teachers were highly experienced spec needs but now it seems any westerner can get an interview. all students are on average 4 years behind grade level and many have behavioral problems.
when it was first created, there was money pumped into the school with good oversight
salaries used to be very high
FYI, many of the issues raised by miski are fightable - but teachers can be bullied and not know where to turn.
