Hello, I am a senior in college and I major in Spanish. I studied for a year before in Mexico and would like to return to Mexico to teach ESL by getting certified through the ITTO program.
I would just like to know how I can apply for Mexican Residency if I plan on staying for awhile. Also, I would like to know if there are any American Organizations where I can meet other expatriots. I love Mexico, but everyone gets homesick and needs someone they can relate to.
I am thinking about either going to Veracruz (the port city) or Monterrey.
