What does CECN provide in terms of housing?/allowance?

I am curious about HOUSING ALLOWANCE provided to teachers (by the various recruiters )working at the various colleges, international schools, private schools, ABA, British School, College of Technology etc.

Is it better to take the housing allowance or to accept HOUSING PROVIDED by the recruiter?

I've heard some night-mare stories especially about CECN housing.
