|
|
Anyone know of anyplace that will take my used (clean, wearable, just no longer needed) clothes in Tokyo? Shirts, sweatshirts, pants, a few dress shirts and even 2 suits I've outgrown. In the States, there are usually drop boxes at shopping centers where you can throw in bags of old clothes. Anything like that here? |

I live in a much smaller town, but we have several used clothing stores. I would think they would be all over Japan. They are thrift stores, just the same as I'd find in the States.
Actually, even before I came to Japan, I'd always heard that in Japan they would sometimes go to the U.S. to buy thrift store clothing to re-sell in Japan.
Anyways, the concept is thriving out where I'm at, so I would assume Tokyo would have it too - being the epicenter and all.
Sorry, I can't be more helpful with an exact Tokyo location. |

In my neck of the woods, they are called "recycle shops". |
