All:
(1) What are some of the possible employment opportunities for an 'expat' wife with two (2)Masters degrees: (MS Education - Counseling), (MS - Education - Leadership), and (BA - English)?
Have High School and Community College teaching experience in California, but does not have formal teaching certification.
(2) What possible salary could one expect. |

There are just not a huge number of opportunities in Bahrain. I would check out which school the embassy personnel are sending their children to and see if there is a possibility in counseling. She has the degree, but does she have any experience using it? I haven't a clue what the pay would be.
What did she teach in California? Standard English classes for native speakers? The school mentioned above might offer those courses, but would require state certification.
If she is going to teach EFL/ESL, she really needs some kind of TEFL certification. She should consider getting the CELTA which is widely recognized in the Gulf. That would open opportunities in the university foundation programs and other international schools.
She would be local hire - salary only - but I have no idea what Bahrain is paying.
