Hello,

As an EFL teacher, I'm looking for a teaching position. But I also have experience as a soft-skills trainer (communication skills, conflict resolution), and I'm wondering if anyone out there might be doing or have tips for finding this kind of work, in the Middle East or anywhere else for that matter. You will not easily find a job that allows you to do this. The market is for EFL teachers. And it is a market. You might want to teach Comparative Metaphysical Speculation. Fine but no one will pay you to do it. Get EFLing and tack on some of this "Soft-skill Communication"
