My only concern is heat......

Are the classrooms air conditioned?

If not, how do you cope with the humidity......

Is accommodation provided with air con?

Yeah, it gets hot, but air conditioning is quite prevalent and any school worth its salt will have it. They tend to have separate units in each room, not central. Most, if not all, accommodation for Westerners will have it as well.

Sometimes you might clash with Vietnamese staff who get cold quite easily.

Still, the heat and humidity can be withering and some days you'll end up covered in sweat within minutes of leaving your flat. After feeling a bit gross initially I just learned to stew in my own juices and realize everyone around me is pretty much in the same boat.
