Have job prospects in all 3 places. Can those who know give me the pros and cons of each? |

Are you married? What do you like doing in your free time?
I would say it's just as (or even more) important to find a decent employer as it is to choose a 'decent' country. What are the specifics of each job? |

Well, I am just divorcing, which is one reason I want to get away! I am a freelance Spanish translator, so in my free time I hope to be doing some of that. Otherwise, exploring the local culture, etc. I am well-travelled. I must say I like my creature comforts, such as a drink and female companionship. |

Well that cuts out Saudi. You can get an alcohol license in Oman and sit in your flat getting plastered to get over the lack of easily available female companionship.
Koreans drink in industrial quantities, though I believe it is very much a macho thing, but you could pick up a Korean girl if you are prepared to tolerate all the racist abuse you'll both get. |

Korea is not as bad as that! Yes they do like a drink in Korea and yes, if you get yourself a Korean girlfriend (as many westerners do) you may get a few raised eyebrows and the odd comment from an idiot but IMO (and I spent two years there) you'd be unlucky to get much worse. Check out the Korea forum for up-to-date advice. |

I don't know about the other two countries, but I highly recommend you read the articles about teaching in Korea at the link below. These articles will give you a lot to think about:

Questions concerning living, working and teaching in South Korea should take place on the Korean Job Forums where separate registration is required. There are individual forums relating to the same for Oman and Saudi Arabia here on the International board. |
