I've been teaching English online for the past year - and I can honestly say that it is the best option in teaching ESL. The pay is great (depending on your living costs and where you live) - the hours are great (depending on your time zone) and it is especially ideal if you are interested in working from home (ie: stay at home mom/dad etc..)
Usually lesson plans are made up already for you - but you have flexibility in the "classroom" Prep time is close to nil...
