|
|
Hello all,
This is my first post here on the job forum. I am an MBA student at Union University in Jackson TN. I did some google searches for "job discussion forums" and this popped up. The reason for my joining is this: my MBA cohort group is conducting a survey on employee satisfaction. It is a general survey overall, with some management satisfaction questions mixed in from which we will try to draw some correlations.
It is a short, 40 question survey and is very straight forward. We need at least a sample size of 150 surveys, so I thought this might be a good place to come. You may take it if you would like. I and my group would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time!

Again, thanks! |

Dear danielfreeman27,
Well, I participated; it took only a few minutes. But some of your questions weren't able to be answered appropriately from the selections given.
Regards,
John |

Dear danielfreeman27,
Unfortunately, having taken it, I can't go back to the survey. And I can't recall specifically which questions were involved.
Is there any way for me to "take" the survey again - a different computer, perhaps?
Regards,
John |

Dear danielfreeman27,
OK, I'll give it a try - but tomorrow, I'm afraid. It's almost time for bed here now.

daniel, I haven't yet had time to look at the survey, but do you want feedback from those of us who do not work in the States? Or is that going to skew your results? |

Dear danielfreeman27,
OK, I went back (on my wife's computer) and looked over the survey again (I didn't take it again.) Well, I guess I was a little hasty in my previous comment. On second look, I can't say that I see any problems.
Regards,
John |

And your question on what type of occupation your respondent is in doesn't have enough options. |

I'm not sure you can answer "How does the way you are treated by those who manage/supervise you influence your overall attitude toward your job?" on a scale of bad attitude to good attitude.
Considering this is a teaching forum you might want to include Education in the list of industries. |
