Well, if you are looking for examples of what money can buy, then I recommend you check the United States of Amerika. One example in the land of Uncle Sam is that with money you can buy the 'vote' of the electorate!

One example in the magic kingdom is that with money you can buy an English teacher! Laughing

Your question implies that KSA is one solid entity that everyone experiences in the same way. Obviously that is not the case. There are some people who come here with only one aim in mind - to make and save as much money as possible, returning to their home country the second they have accumulated the requisite amount of dosh. This often involves spending as little as they can during their stay in the Kingdom, with the result that said folks are often miserable.

On the other hand, some people have quite enjoyable lives here, with decent living and working conditions, and maybe even a social life! For sure, even for these people money is often a major motivating factor, and KSA would certainly not be their first choice of residence. But there are people - including some "Westerners" - who see KSA as a long-term (though not permanent) home, who are not focussed on saving money and genuinely like it here. And then of course there are others, probably the majority, who are in between the two groups.

So really, I don't think your question can be answered in the general sense. KSA is a lucrative endurance test for some, and an opportunity for a pleasant and comfortable lifestyle for others. That's just the way it is.
