Hello. First of all, sorry if I am asking a question that has been answered before, but I could not seem to find an answer on other postings. So I am looking for a bus or some kind of transit service between the two previously mentioned cities. Thanks for your help.

Yes
You will have to change buses in Dammam. Get information from the office at Central Market in Manama (ie Lulu Mall) They have have information non buses to Riyadh,Jeddah, Amman, Damascus and Turkey.

Buses to all civilised countries. That does not include France or the UKofGB&NI.

To get there you have to make arrangements to enter into a long tube of metal and plastic and be hurled through the air at subsonic speeds.

Good one. It took me some time to remember that airport. it is like a bus stop and barber shop also right? Way out in the middle of the sticks.
