I'm wondering if anyone has any information or experience with this company they'd be willing to share. I can't seem to find much of anything online, and their English website is pretty worthless.
Any thoughts - firsthand and hearsay alike - would be appreciated.
Thanks.

When it comes to ALT dispatch companies, including Joytalk, they all are pretty much the same: they all offer low pay and low job security.

If you want to change things, learn your rights and get organized.

Joytalk is paid handsomely for their services. The only reason why Joytalk ALTs aren't also paid handsomely is because a large portion of their pay is diverted into a certain Mr. Wakabayashi's wallet.
