let this be hypothetical:

"...company agrees to pay to employee the amount of 10,000 RMB (including tax) per month."

in your opinion, should the company be paying out 10k per month or 10k less taxes per month?

you can easily imagine my opinion as well as the company's. your insight is appreciated.

notes: the contract is only in english, there is no chinese version.

Regardless of the wording (and I am still trying to work out that bit about the taxes...), I would assume that the contract is designed to benefit or protect the company, not its workers.
