ARC Transfer in Taiwan (Help Required)

I currently have a 3 year ARC which won't be expiring till 2011.
I am planning to leave my current job and am wondering what the situation is in regards to the ARC when I get a new job.

Can I simply transfer the ARC to my new job and keep this 3 year ARC or do I have to apply for a completely new ARC?
