Does anyone have any experience of working for this company based in Prague? Am curious as they have posted a job ad for a teacher trainer and they dont seem to be accredited by Trinity or Cambridge for the TEFL.
The courses they advertise run over 4 weeks and they pay 30,000kc to 40,000kc per course. However, looking at the dates it looks like the potential trainer would be out of work in between courses (for ten days).
I'd be interested in anyone's advice on this outift and renumeration package. Would it be worth going there..

I know some of the founding staff at this centre, and can vouch for their general reputability. Further, the centre's been around for a few years now, meaning that they are reliable enough to keep it going.

I haven't worked for them.

It's normal in general for teacher trainers to be paid for work time only - salaries are rare in the CR. The rates you note would be quite ok to live on in Prague, I think, though you'll want to ascertain exact gross and net rates.

Generic cert courses are generally ok in Europe. They have to meet the 120 hour standard, and include actual teaching practice, but I myself have a generic cert from years back, and know many people with similar ones, and there's little to no trouble getting employers to recognize them.
