I was terminated a week ago. Not sure what happens re. Z visa, which is dated to expire in June. Will employers cancel it, can I still work using it? |

Your work visa expired long, long ago, hombre - it expired 30 days after you entered China.
Your RP can only be cancelled by the PSB though I suppose they can cancel the validity of it in their files and on the computer.
If they do so they might pay you a friendly visit with unfriendly consequences! |

Your FEC is tied to your employment and the RP is tied to your FEC. The best bet at this time is to use your FEC to try and transfer it to a new school. This will depend on the location and the SOP of the local authorities as to whether you will need a release letter to do so. If your goal is to just work out the time limit on the fec, then you may have a good chance if you avoid presenting your passport to the PSB for a change in resident status.
A lot depends on what you want to do next.
If you just want to work on this FEC, at another location, then only the locals know if the attitude of the authorities will allow such or if they are diligent enough to discover or motivated to even care. |

OP - did you leave on at least friendly/talking terms with your school? Your best bet would be to try and communicate with them as your 'situation' seems vague (due to the lack of information in your post).

Only one way to find out. Ask other perspective employers. I would not worry about it too much. |
