|
|
I have taught English in several places, for example, Japan, where I had an interesting experience.
Recently, I read Lonely Planet's guide to Indonesia. I was delighted at all the tourist sites, and opportunities for surfing or whitewater rafting.
On a more serious note, I want to know what it is like to teach in Indonesia. I would like to work in Java. What are my chances of getting a job at this time of year?
What is it like to work in English First? I have heard some good news about them. Lastly, I want to avoid in-company work. Is that possible? |

Good news? You must be new to this website. Scroll back and you will find only negative posts. I will say it again though...Not a nice place to work but some better than others. Strictly an entry level position used to find better jobs. Okay if you can live on only 7 million a month and put up with substandard teaching facilities. Just try and avoid those schools which continue to get mentioned over and over and advertise for jobs seemingly every month. |

This sounds interesting. Please tell us more about your interesting experience. Did it involve sushi, tube socks, and used pants? |
