Is there anyone out there who has taught at this school in the past year? I am thinking about teaching here, but I am not sure. I am looking for some suggestions.

Ask the school for Email info of at least three past or current teachers.
Then ask the teacher VERY pointed questions. (Don't say, "How was the teaching?" Instead say, "Does the school honor the contract" etc.). |

Yeah, any school unwilling to give references after you've been accepted/hired but before you've signed the contract definitely has something to hide.
Pointed questions are also a must, especially if you're talking to Chinese. |
